KCR declared that each of the 589-gramme panchayats in the Khammam district will receive a special grant of Rs. 10 lakh, and the big gramme panchayats with populations greater than 10,000 would receive grants of Rs. 10 crores apiece.
Sattupally, Madhira, and Vyra would receive Rs 30 crore apiece, and Khammam Municipality will receive a special fund of Rs 50 crore. Every state except Telangana experiences power outages. If BRS is elected, India will no longer experience power outages for two years. Farmers are killing themselves.
